The philosophy behind Andreas Senn's cuisine is the same in both the restaurant and the SENNS.Bar: in the breathtaking setting of the former bell foundry at Salzburg’s Gusswerk, only the finest products sourced from across the global market are used by Andreas Senn and his head chef Christian Geisler. With an extraordinary sensitivity to aromas, textures, and surprising compositions, the focus always remains on what matters most—flavor. SENNS.Bar

At Salzburg’s Gusswerk, which is also home to his restaurant, Andreas Senn has opened the SENNS.Bar: 20 seats in a cool industrial-style bar setting, eight signature dishes from the restauran, two dozen wines by the glass, with a particular focus on Burgundy and Bordeaux and the “Sen(n)sational Cocktails”. These are cocktail creations by the Michelin-starred chef, served in five different flavors – in keeping with the restaurant concept, which serves these “5 senses” as amuse-bouches.
