The Winners
Enrico Buonocore
Enrico Buonocore – Gamechanger Award winner and founder of Langosteria, he’s setting new standards in international dining. Inspired by his Amalfi Coast roots, his restaurants across Milan, Paris, Portofino, and beyond combine timeless Italian tradition with global refinement. The award was appreciated by Wilfried Morandini, Managing Director of Cheval Blanc in Paris, on behalf of Enrico Buonocore.
